Our community health workers are dedicated, talented, and compassionate volunteers who are committed to caring for their neighbors. They have the experience and empathy to understand the unique issues the people we serve face.
Our community health care workers go door-to-door in neighborhoods, identifying who might need help and sharing information. They educate their neighbors, hold support groups, and prevent disease outbreaks. They give selflessly and wholly of themselves.
